The Norse Collection arrived in 2016 with a set of mythologically themed finishes. Pyre appeared as an Industrial Grade Dual Berettas entry — a rust-tinted gel pen doodle hydrographic that draws from the Norse concept of the funeral pyre.
Pyre references the sacred Norse funeral fire — the ritual burning that honours the dead and sends them toward the afterlife. The finish uses a rust-tinted hydrographic of a gel pen doodle, the casual pen-on-paper aesthetic contrasting with the gravity of the concept. The flavour text 'Honor your dead' is direct and ceremonial.
Industrial Grade from a collection-only pool places Pyre at the lower end of the Norse Collection pricing. The rust-doodle aesthetic has a lo-fi character that stands apart from the more elaborate finishes in the same collection.

Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and lower Battle-Scarred values exist. Factory New is not obtainable due to the 0.06 minimum float.
A rust-tinted hydrographic of a gel pen doodle — the informal pen-on-paper drawing style applied in warm rust tones across the paired pistols.
Pyre is appreciated for its lo-fi aesthetic within the Norse Collection — the gel pen doodle technique is one of the more unusual hydrographic approaches in the CS2 skin pool, and the ritual naming gives it thematic depth.
