What Does a Steam Trade URL Look Like?

Your Trade URL follows this format:

The “partner” number is your Steam ID. The “token” is unique to your Trade URL. Both parts are needed for the link to work.

When to Reset Your Trade URL

Reset your Trade URL if you suspect someone is sending you spam trade offers. Or if you shared it on a platform you no longer trust. Resetting creates a new token. All previously shared links stop working. You need to update your URL on every platform you use.

To reset: go to the Trade URL page. Click “Create New URL.” Copy the new one. Update it on all your trading and gambling platforms.
