The Spectrum Case launched in March 2017 and delivered a range of bold, maximalist finishes. Xiangliu, named for the nine-headed serpent of Chinese mythology, arrived as one of the case's Classified-tier entries with an immediately recognisable purple and gold design.
Xiangliu draws from Chinese mythology — the nine-headed snake god associated with floods and chaos. The flavour text 'Beware the rising tide' reinforces the theme, with nine purple and gold serpents covering the CZ75-Auto's frame in a custom paint job.
Xiangliu is one of the more visually distinctive CZ75-Auto finishes in the game, and its Classified rarity means it commands a notable price premium. Factory New examples with clean float values draw interest from collectors of themed skin sets.
Classified Grade from the Spectrum Case places Xiangliu at roughly a 1-in-156 chance per opening before exterior selection. The max float of 0.56 allows Battle-Scarred but limits the upper range. StatTrak™ variants exist.
