The Copper is one of the earliest Sawed-Off skins in the game, originating in The Dust Collection — part of CS:GO's original drop pool at the launch of the skin system in 2013. It has been available through standard drops since the beginning.
As the name suggests, the weapon has been copper-plated, giving it a warm metallic sheen. The finish is simple and literal — no narrative, no painted characters — just the visual effect of a uniform plating across the exterior.
Drop-only skins from The Dust Collection rarely attract significant market attention. The Copper is a functional cosmetic with no case exclusivity and broad availability through in-game drops.
Mil-Spec Grade, a mid-tier rarity within the drop pool.
Obtainable as an in-game drop from The Dust Collection. No case or souvenir package is required — the skin surfaces through standard drop mechanics.
All wear conditions are available across the full 0–1 float range. No StatTrak variant exists; Terrorist-side only.
Copper electroplating applied to the entire exterior, producing a uniform metallic copper tone. No hydrographic or painted elements.
Treated as a baseline cosmetic rather than a collectible. The copper finish has limited appeal compared to later painted or hydrographic designs on the Sawed-Off.
