The Fever Case launched in February 2025 as one of CS2's most recent case additions. Bad Trip appeared as the Covert FAMAS — the case's peak rarity rifle — with brightly coloured monsters custom painted across the frame.
Bad Trip references the psychedelic experience gone wrong — the vivid, uncontrolled imagery of an overwhelming hallucinogenic episode. The FAMAS is custom painted with brightly coloured monsters, each rendered in intense, saturated tones that reference the distorted visual field of a bad psychedelic experience. The flavour text 'When you've had too much' provides the context.
