The Falchion Case launched in May 2015 and introduced a new set of community-created finishes alongside the Falchion knife. Neural Net appeared as a Restricted FAMAS — a translucent hydrographic over a metallic base that drew from neural network visualisation.
Neural Net applies a translucent hydrographic pattern over a metallic base coat, the web-like connections of the pattern referencing the node-and-edge structure of an artificial neural network. The flavour text draws from the CS lore's 'Family Affair' storyline.
Neural Net has maintained steady market presence as a Restricted FAMAS from an older case. The translucent-over-metallic technique gives it a depth of colour unusual in hydrographic finishes, and the float cap of 0.60 covers all five exteriors.
