The Gamma 2 Case launched in September 2016 with a set of vibrant, boldly themed finishes. Roll Cage appeared as the Covert FAMAS — the case's peak-rarity rifle — with custom decals resembling a mud-splattered car chassis.
Roll Cage references the steel safety framework inside a rally or off-road racing vehicle — the structure designed to protect the driver during a rollover. The custom decals make the FAMAS appear to have been applied to a muddy car chassis and peeled off, complete with splatter marks. The flavour text 'Safety first' is the rallying cry of the roll cage itself.
