The Cerberus is custom painted with a detailed, figurative depiction of the three-headed hound that guards the underworld, one of the more ambitious souvenir designs and a fitting theme for the Cold War installation of the Cache map. It is Restricted and Souvenir only, with Factory New around €161 and Souvenir Factory New around €265, and stickered Major copies carry more.

Since the May 2026 update, Souvenir skins can be used in trade-up contracts, so Cache souvenir skins of the right rarity can feed trade-ups toward the next tier. The inputs are scarce souvenir items, so the expected value is negative.
