UMP-45 Skins

All SMGs

The UMP-45 is CS2's mid-range SMG. It costs $1,200, does decent damage at range, and gets bought when players have some money but not enough for a rifle. It has 45 skins, no Covert rarity at all, and a pricing structure that makes zero sense on paper.

The most expensive UMP-45 skin is a Classified Fade at $206–360. Below that, two Mil-Spec skins (Minotaur's Labyrinth and Day Lily) cost $74–147 each. A Restricted (Crime Scene) sits at $71–102. And a Mil-Spec Blaze costs $22–52. The rarity labels mean nothing here. What matters is which collection each skin came from, and whether that collection still produces new copies.

This page lists every UMP-45 skin with current market prices, float values and drop sources.

No Coverts, and that is fine

The UMP-45 is one of the few weapons in CS2 with zero Covert skins. Its highest rarity tier is Classified, and it has five of those: Fade, Primal Saber, Neo-Noir, Momentum, and Wild Child. The Fade alone ($206–360) costs more than most Coverts on other weapons, so the missing red tier does not mean the UMP-45 lacks premium options.

What the UMP-45 does have is some of the most extreme Mil-Spec pricing in the game. Two Mil-Spec skins cost more than four of the five Classifieds. That is the kind of thing that happens when old collections run dry.

Every UMP-45 skin by price

$50 and above

  • Fade ($206–$360). Classified. Rainbow gradient. The most expensive UMP-45 skin. From the Sport & Field Collection, which has limited availability. One of the more expensive Fade finishes across all weapons, not just SMGs.
  • Minotaur's Labyrinth ($87–$147). Mil-Spec. Greek labyrinth pattern. From the Gods and Monsters Collection. The same limited collection that makes the AWP Medusa and MP9 Pandora's Box expensive. A Mil-Spec skin at $147 FN.
  • Day Lily ($74–$119). Mil-Spec. Flower illustration. From the 2018 Nuke Collection. Same source as M4A1-S Hot Rod and MP9 Hot Rod. Everything from this collection is overpriced relative to rarity.
  • Crime Scene ($71–$102). Restricted. Crime tape pattern. From the CS20 Collection. FN-only float range keeps pricing tight.

$10–$50

  • Blaze ($22–$52). Mil-Spec. Orange-blue flames. Same design language as the famous Desert Eagle Blaze. From the Safehouse Collection, which adds the old-collection premium.
  • Primal Saber ($10–$23). Classified. Dinosaur fang design from the Shattered Web Case. The most accessible Classified.
  • Neo-Noir ($4–$38). Classified. Dark noir detective art. Matches the AWP, M4A4, Glock Neo-Noir family. Wide price range.
  • Wild Child ($3–$15). Classified. Graffiti art from the Prisma Case.

$1–$10

  • Momentum ($4–$11). Classified. Motion/speed design from the Recoil Case. A Classified for $4.
  • Scaffold ($1–$4). Restricted. Construction scaffolding.
  • Plastique ($2–$7). Restricted. Explosive charge design.
  • Metal Flowers ($1–$4). Restricted. Metal flower engraving.
  • Moonrise ($0.60–$4). Restricted. Moon and clouds.
  • Labyrinth ($1–$10). Mil-Spec. Maze pattern.
  • Gold Bismuth ($1–$5). Mil-Spec. Bismuth crystal.
  • Corporal ($3–$8). Mil-Spec. Military rank.

Other mid-range: Briefing ($1–6), Arctic Wolf ($1–3), Riot ($1–4), Delusion ($0.40–4), Oscillator ($0.20–2), SWAT ($0.30–2).

Under $1

Mudder ($0.01), Scorched ($0.03), Caramel ($0.02), Fallout ($0.04), Bone Pile ($0.06), Gunsmoke ($0.10), Indigo ($0.20), Carbon Fiber ($0.10), Urban DDPAT ($0.30). The UMP-45 has plenty of options for players who want to spend essentially nothing.

The Blaze connection

The UMP-45 Blaze uses the same orange-blue flame pattern as the famous Desert Eagle Blaze ($400–700). On the UMP-45, it costs $22–52. That is roughly 10% of the Deagle version.

If you are building a fire-themed loadout, the UMP-45 Blaze is one of the cheapest ways to add the Blaze design to your inventory. It matches the same visual style without the three-figure price tag.

Where UMP-45 skins drop

The UMP-45 appears in 42 collections and 30+ cases. The expensive skins come from limited sources:

  • Sport & Field Collection: Fade. Limited availability.
  • Gods and Monsters Collection: Minotaur's Labyrinth. Same source as AWP Medusa.
  • 2018 Nuke Collection: Day Lily. Same source as M4A1-S Hot Rod.
  • CS20 Collection: Crime Scene.
  • Safehouse Collection: Blaze. Discontinued.

The cheaper skins come from actively dropped cases: Shattered Web Case (Primal Saber), Prisma Case (Wild Child), Recoil Case (Momentum), and newer collections.

Float value on the UMP-45

Float affects UMP-45 skins the same way as other weapons. The body shows wear on the receiver and barrel. Fade has a narrow float range (essentially FN-only), which contributes to its high price. Crime Scene is also FN-only.

For budget skins, low-float FT copies look acceptable. Neo-Noir and Wild Child in particular look clean at FT floats below 0.20.

What to buy

  • If you want the best design: Neo-Noir FT at $4. Dark detective art that matches your other Neo-Noir skins. A Classified for $4 is hard to beat.
  • If you want Fade: Fade at $206–360. Expensive for an SMG, but it is Fade. The rainbow gradient looks good on the UMP's body.
  • If you want the Blaze look cheap: Blaze at $22–52. Same flames as the $400+ Deagle Blaze.
  • If you want to spend nothing: Mudder at $0.01.
  • If you want red: Primal Saber FT at $10. Red dinosaur design.
  • If you want something weird: Minotaur's Labyrinth at $87+. A Greek maze on a UMP-45. Nobody expects it, which is the point.
